Dosage and Administration：
Initial and Severe Asthma or Reducing Oral Corticosteroids: Adults: 1 to 2mg per dose, twice daily. Children: 0.5 to 1mg per dose, twice daily.
Maintenance: The maintenance dose should be individualized to the lowest dose that maintains the patient symptom-free. Recommended: Adults: 0.5 to 1mg per dose, twice daily. Children: 0.25 to 0.5mg per dose, twice daily.
